Í fiskleitartækjum uppsjávarfiskiskipa er búnaður sem kallaður er ASDIC. Þetta tæki nemur endurvarp frá þéttum fiskitorfum eða stórhveli í allt að einnar sjómílu fjarlægð frá skipi. Á vegg í sýningarrýminu hangir radarskjámynd sem fengin er úr sama tæki. Í hljóðupptöku hefur saxafónleikari túlkað þessa mynd sem nótnaskrift og leikur hans myndar samhljóm með hljóðinu úr fiskleitartækinu. Saxafónleikarinn leitar að samtalinu við fiskleitartækið og fiskleitartækið leitar í undirdjúpunum. Skúlptúrinn í miðju rýminu á samtal við hljóðverkið og myndina á veggnum.

When searching for fish, Icelandic fishermen used equipment called ASDIC. This device finds reflection from dense shoals of fish or whale in up to one mile range from the vessel. The exhibition space shows screen-printed picture of the radar from the same device. In a recording a saxophone player has interpreted this print as a musical notation and plays his interpretation in harmony with the sound from the fish finding device. The Saxophone player searches for a conversation with the device and the device searches in the deep sea. The sculpture in the middle of the room binds it all together.
